3. Order and Payment

  • Ensure the delivery date is selected correctly (minimum 1 day advance notice required)

  • Complete payment through our secure PayPal checkout system

4. Delivery Policy
We deliver flowers nationwide in South Korea.
Delivery times are categorized as: Morning (before 12pm), Afternoon (12pm-5pm), and Evening (5pm-8pm).
Additional delivery fees ($5-$30 USD) may apply for remote areas including islands and mountainous regions.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or force majeure events.

5. Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are limited to the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before dispatch (contact us immediately after ordering)

  • Significant quality issues with delivered products (photo evidence required within 24 hours)

  • Non-delivery due to our error

Refunds are not available for recipient refusal, incorrect address provided by customer, or minor variations from product images.
