- Free message card or ribbon included with every order.
- Free delivery nationwide.
Additional fees ($5~$30) may apply for remote islands or mountainous areas. Re-delivery may incur extra charges.
- Delivery hours: 9AM - 8PM (Condolence wreaths: until 10PM). Delivery within 3 hours nationwide.
- For delivery before 10AM, please order at least 20 hours in advance.
- During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Parent's Day, Christmas, etc.), specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Same-day delivery only.
- Wreaths and potted plants require 4-5 hours after order confirmation.
Exchange & Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, exchanges or refunds for change of mind are not available once the arrangement is complete.
- Exchanges and returns are possible for defective products or delivery damage.
- For potted plants and orchids, exchanges/refunds are available within 7 days of receipt.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately as delivery may begin right after payment confirmation.
