What Chuseok is
Chuseok (추석), also called Hangawi (한가위), is Korea's autumn harvest festival. Families gather in their hometowns, visit ancestors' graves and share food such as songpyeon rice cakes. It is one of the two biggest holidays of the year, together with Seollal (Lunar New Year).
Chuseok dates
Chuseok falls on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month, so the date moves every year. The public holiday covers the day before, the day itself and the day after.

When to schedule delivery
- Before the holiday: choose a working day two to five days before Chuseok. The recipient is likely at home, and the flowers last through the holiday.
